Effect of pulsed electromagnetic field treatment on dislocation evolution and subsequent artificial aging behavior of 2195 Al-Li alloy

چکیده

In this paper, the pulsed electromagnetic field treatment (PEFT) is designed between pre-stretching and artificial aging of thermomechanical treatment. Using electron microscopy hardness test, effect PEFT on dislocation evolution subsequent behavior spray deposited 2195 Al-Li alloy studied. The results show that although reduces Vickers microhardness specimen, it improves hardening kinetics precipitation strengthening specimen during process. Besides, found density uniformity. makes T 1 precipitate obtained by process more finely dispersed, a decrease average thickness 57.6%. From simulation combined with theoretical analysis, static recovery induced temperature rise an important reason for PEFT. magnetically stress driving force uniform distribution. mechanism microstructure material systematically discussed summarized. • was reduced made dispersed. discussed.
